Stage Technicians

Interviews for Technical Positions will be held at Busch Gardens Tampa on the first Thursday of each month.

You will not be able to interview if you have not filled out an online application for Entertainment Technician within the last 12 months.

Bring a current resume showing your technical experience and three letters of recommendation.

We are currently interested in experienced Theatrical Stage Managers, Lighting Technicians, Sound Technicians, Riggers, Backstage and General Technicians for a variety of attractions and shows throughout the year.

All applicants must have great attitudes and be flexible. Please fill out an application if you have experience in any of the following areas: audio, lighting, pneumatics, atmospheric effects, carpentry and rigging.

We interview most candidates for technical positions in the Winter and Spring. Positions for technicians will have various starting dates beginning in Summer and continuing through November and December. These positions will be part of our spectacular Summer Nights, Howl-O-Scream and Christmas events.

PLEASE NOTE: You must be able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, days, evenings, late nights, weekends and holidays.

We are located on the south side of E. Bougainvillea Ave. Once you pull in to driveway, please park on your right in the Human Resources parking lot. Please wait outside the security station until the guard has advised you that you may proceed to the entertainment building.

Directions:
From I275 -- Exit Busch Blvd. Head east on Busch Blvd. Make a left at the 30th St. light. Go through one light and at the next light which is E. Bougainvillea Ave make a right. On E. Bougainvillea Ave you will see the Employee Entrance located on the right, turn there.

From I75 -- Exit Fowler Ave/Hwy 582. Head West on Fowler. Make a left at McKinley Dr./N 40th St. light. Make a right at the first light which is E. Bougainvillea Ave. On E. Bougainvillea Ave. you will see the Employee Entrance located on the left, turn there.
