Costume Specialists Seamstresses and Dressers
We offer exciting opportunities in costuming for those who have backstage experience as a Theatrical Dresser or for Seamstresses with tailoring, pattern drafting, fitting and costume construction skills. Please provide a resume of your past experience and be prepared to discuss your previous work. Please bring 2 samples of your work showing your sewing skills to the live interview. Pay rate is $11.63 per hour for Seamstresses and $10.77 per hour for Dressers, based on 32-40 hour work week, with great benefits.
We are looking for:
Experienced Theatrical Dressers with backstage experience and some sewing skills.
We are also looking for experienced Seamstresses with:
* Excellent construction skills
* Excellent pattern drafting skills
* Excellent draping skills
* Ability to build from sketch
* A person who is comfortable with industrial sewing machines
* A person with no obligations for scheduling purposes (can work any day)
